A multi-faceted musician on several instruments, Mike plays drums or guitar with local rock groups, jazz ensembles and various acts. His mentors were his first guitar teacher, Bill Johnson, and Joe Federico and Denis DiBlasio of Rowan University from where he graduated with his Bachelors in Music. In his teens, Mike was drumming in the family band with his father playing local gigs. In his 20's, Mike was often found behind the mixing desk of a small home studio he built up recording and producing local artist's and his own demos. To this day, this home studio is the centerpiece from where Mike continues to produce a wide variety of musical genres including orchestral film music, solo acoustic guitar instrumentals, pop/rock songs, latin jazz songs and country rock tunes.
